That evening we left for our 2 night camping trip. With it being after the holiday we didn't share the camp with very many people (quite a few daddy long legs, but not people). All the ones that we did see were camping in their travel trailers. Which do you prefer - tents or camper shells? There was a campers beach within 3 minutes of walking from where we pitched our tent. Most of the time is was our own private beach. We swam both days. We cooked all our meals on the campfire. We saw all kinds of critters - fish, a stray cat, rabbit, squirrels, bugs, seagull, other birds, racoon and even a bald eagle - it was beautiful. We tried some fishing and decided that needed to be more of a one on one time with the kids. There was also a playground that we played on the equipment and had a few rounds of tetherball. It was a great vacation for us and was nice to just have the 6 of us. We got back just in time to shower, put everything away and head off to church activities. Here are some pic's for you to enjoy.

I love camping! What fun pics of together time... and btw we had the same conclusion about our own fishing experience! ;)
We have some more time with Tyler because he has a month off from school (still working, though) and we ended up just making a huge list of EVERYTHING we want to do. It's amazing how that list never ends...
Great pictures! It looks like you had a splendid time camping!
