We're selling!!

We've been going back and forth between selling and renting.  We sat down last night with numbers and it looks like selling is a little more advantageous.  So..... if you know of anyone moving to the Dayton area this summer,send them our way :)  By the end of the week we should have more details and I'll post on here along with all of our other advertising.
