Welcome to our life! We are a military, LDS, outdoor loving family. You might say it can get a bit crazy in our home - but we wouldn't have it any other way. We have a wonderful extended family on both sides and have met many awesome friends along the way. I hope reading through this you realize how happy a crazy life can be & how many blessings God pours out on those that are far from perfect...but striving!

When I get together with my friends, besides movies and tv. We enjoy playing card games at a card table, board games, trivia... My friends even found a trivia game that can be plugged in to your TV and played! But typically we enjoy blockbuster, munchies and just a bunch of people who want to have a good time!if you need any other ideas please let me know!
Do you have a wii? That's always fun. Air hockey is great, too.
Gum ball machines are amazing and if you could get a hold of a real one that they use in stores and what not. Then when teens come over to hang out they can get a gumball and you can have a small lil savings for one of your sons or daughters mission funds. Twister was also a fun game, basically any sort of board games that teenagers love. Bean bags are great also because if you have like five or six of them in a corner then you can have a big seating area that can be tucked away in a small corner. A radio or some small cd player would also be handy if your children ever wanted to go down there to workout or just to have some time to themselves. A quiet little place to go and pray and ponder things. One of my favorite past time toys were the rockem sockem robots or the car track sets that go around the track. If you gave me a yo yo i would be happy. Small little things from teenagers baby years like small toys that everyone played when they were kids are always fun to have handy. A trunk with old clothes or some old halloween costumes that your kids could play dress up or make there own little plays. Popcorn machines, fog machines, disco ball, strobe lights, posters, all the teenage rebellious things that we like to have.. that make us.. Teenagers.
I agree with all these posts. Board games are always great as well as card games and stuff.
We spent hours and hours making movies or just recording ourselves being silly, dressing up in costumes, singing as if we were on "IDOL", playing cards and board games, and listening to music and chatting. Items we used to accomplish our fun: cam corder and stuff to go with, books of simple plays, old clothes, costumes, karoke machine or a recording device--tape or CD, cards, games, music, and snacks of course!
my friends and I loved to play darts, card games, board games and especially foosball. Whenever i went over to my friend's apartment (at byu-i) his entertainment room for the whole complex had a foosball table and we would play for hours! It was a lot of fun!!!
